How it works

Each property will be owned by a Limited Company and will have a maximum of 4 Co-Owners / Shareholders. Each quarter share is priced at £20,000 and you can also buy more than 1 share.

The properties are fully managed by our specialist lettings associates. This will include marketing, selection and credit referencing of tenants and all ongoing matters.

Rental income:

The average rental for these properties is approximately £400.00 per calendar month. This equates to a return of between 4% and 5% net per annum for each Co-Owner.
